About Lekulek Olesisian, The C.E.O and Founder

Greetings! My name is Lekulek Olesisian, also known as Kipelian Olesisian. I am proud to be the CEO of Kipe Adventure and Safaris. I grew up in the Maasai village known as Oltukai Village, located between Tarangire National Park and Lake Manyara National Park. My childhood was filled with a passion for wildlife and nature. I am grateful to my parents for giving me the opportunity to attend school and pursue my dreams.

In the tapestry of life, I’ve learned that adversity can shape destinies, and dreams, when pursued with unwavering passion, have the power to transcend limitations.

My enthralling expedition into the realms of wildlife and cultural preservation took flight when I encountered Mr. Johnson, a visionary who astutely acknowledged my guiding prowess. Inspired by my passion, he generously sponsored my enrollment at the College of Africa Mweka for wildlife management and mountaineering.

I had a very challenging background story that made my dream to see in this world, “Everyone of us would so much like to get the basic right, but not everyone of us has parents who can provide, and some of us, even if our parents could provide, no longer have them around.

Through then, later, after I graduated, I started my own business of showcasing nature surrounding my community and wildlife, with a primary focus on preserving my culture and traditions. Through the work I’ve been organizing in nature around My village and later on all over the Tanzania,I have decided that every little thing I acquire must be shared with my community, particularly in the face of challenging circumstances for underprivileged children. This determination fuels my aspiration to transform my tears into pride for my community. My goals is to inspire future generations and my fellow youth to return and actively support their homes and communities.

I believe that even the smallest effort can bring about change, and so I have decided to give back 20% of my profits from each organized trip or Safari to support my community, I finally ended up organizing responsible and sustainable trips. This means that when people travel with us, they join and stay with us in the villages and participate in our daily life, which making it a special and unique lifetime experience This support will be directed towards education, water, and women’s empowerment, especially for underprivileged children, orphans, and mothers

Eventually, I established the OLTUKAI COMMUNITY    DEVELOPMENT    ORGANIZATION   [Registed under the Republic of united of Tanzania  under the NGOs Act,2002 with registration No……ooNGO/R/2782] focusing on education, water access, and women’s empowerment.

Now, with over 5 years of experience running Kipe Adventure & Safaris, I am proud to say that we offer responsible and sustainable trips that prioritize quality, authenticity, and safety services. I am also thrilled that more than 79 kids are pursuing education in the village through our little school project, and almost 20 are receiving a better education through sponsorships from friends and families around the world. I have a dream to change my community for a better future generation.

I promise that anyone who travels with us will have a unique experience unlike any other. We know our home, our nature, and all surroundings better than anyone else.

Thank you very much for considering us as your local guides for your Tanzania and Africa trip. We truly appreciate your support and hope to see you
